One of the best styled DIY Weddings that we’ve shot was that of Cheridan and Justin’s. Cheridan is a creative crafter, and it showed in every detail of her wedding day. From adding bling to her wedding dress to creating her own bouquet, she and her bridesmaids truly made the day their own. The dry florals were the perfect touch for this boho styled day, giving it a natural and effortless vibe.

One of the highlights of the day was the traditional tea ceremony at Justin's parents' home. It was a beautiful and intimate moment shared with his family, and we were thrilled to capture some fun shots.

The Monastery Ruins in St. Norbert provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, and we took advantage of the stunning scenery to capture some breathtaking photos of the couple and their bridal party. In fact, one of the photos we took won a Fearless Photographers award, which was a great accomplishment for us and a testament to the beauty of the day.

One of the most special touches of the day was the custom arch and decor that was built by one of Cheridan and Justin's close friends. It made for a stunning backdrop as the couple exchanged vows and will surely be remembered for years to come.

After the ceremony, we headed to Wasabi Sabi for some delicious sushi and intimate speeches in the restaurant. The entire restaurant was closed off just for their family and friends, making it a truly special and personal celebration for the couple.

To end the night, we captured some gorgeous night photos of the newlyweds, which were the perfect way to cap off an already unforgettable day.

Cheridan and Justin's wedding was a beautiful example of how DIY touches can make a wedding truly unique and special and we were honored to capture their memories.
