Kate & Jesse Wedding - The Gates on Roblin

Despite the rainy weather, Kate and Jesse embraced every moment of their wedding day with a spirit that made their celebration truly unforgettable. As Winnipeg wedding photographers, we love capturing unique and memorable moments, and this wedding was no exception.

We kicked off the day with getting ready photos at separate locations. Kate was an absolute vision in her gown from 7th Avenue Fashions. The intricate lace and elegant design perfectly complemented her radiant smile. Meanwhile, Jesse looked sharp in his suit, ready for the day ahead. The excitement and anticipation were palpable as we captured these intimate moments before the ceremony.

The ceremony took place at a charming church where Kate’s mom had the special honor of officiating. Having a loved one lead the ceremony added a deeply personal touch to the proceedings, making it all the more meaningful for everyone involved.

After the ceremony, we ventured outside for some family photos, taking advantage of the brief dry spells. Then, it was off to The Gates on Roblin for bridal party and newlywed shots. Despite the on-again, off-again rain, we made the most of it. We took shelter when necessary but also seized every opportunity to capture the dreamy, rain-soaked photos that added a unique charm to the day.

Once we wrapped up the photos, it was time to head inside for the reception. The Gates on Roblin once again proved to be the perfect venue, delivering a classy and elegant reception with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. The evening was beautifully enhanced by the music of Luminous String Quartet, whose melodies filled the room and set the perfect tone for the celebration.

The dance floor was bustling all night long, and we had a blast capturing the fun and excitement as guests danced the night away. The lively atmosphere and joyful moments made for some truly memorable photos.
